Classic Waxed Thread 12/0 110m (120 Yards) is part of the Semperfli 12/0 70 denier range of Classic Waxed Threads (CWT) which have been designed specifically for fly tying for midges, emergers and dry flies. Classic Waxed Thread 12/0 110m (120 Yards) usually used on hook sizes 10 to 20. Many tyers are moving to our 12/0 thread in preference to traditional 8/0 because it is still strong with a breaking strain of 489gm (17.25oz) but presents a thinner profile thread. Classic Waxed Thread 12/0 110m (120 Yards) threads are unique; laying flat with a two core construction but can easily be split to create dubbing loops and they are strong threads.
